Bleeding gums & hairy me

I've realized that I've been growing hairs and hairs have been growing fast too! It must be the hormone changes.
Anyway, there's also blood in my toothpaste foam after every brushing which I find it quite horrible. Jie say it's because lack of Vitamin C? For me, I think is lack of calcium although the net says that it is normal to have bleeding gums for pregnant women.

Anyway, I've try drinking lots of milk and TA DA! There is no blood in today's morning brushing! Hahaha... Will continue to monitor if my gum still bleeds! By the way, this is the toothpaste I'm using currently:
